The hotel was enchanting and convenient, and the staff were exceptional, liked the decent location short walk to restaurants & stores as well as restraunts and shopping. The room was non-smoking and wonderful, and with a gorgeous view of the mountain. The continental breakfast was delicious, had cereals and chocolate.

It's achievable.
I had no non-smoking rooms and I had to take the last quarter and it was smoking and I couldn't sleep.

pleasant stay with minor issues
We enjoyed our visit due to the friendly staff who made check-in smooth. The room was clean.

Site location
The heater didn't work but the whole room is sunny so it didn't affect much, the carpet was full of cat or dog hair, and breakfast is not varied and very simple.

My bathroom had not been cleaned, again!!! Walk in to check in, toilet has urine on the seat!!! Floor not done. What the heck?????
Twice when I have been here the weekend girl at the desk has been absolutely not hospitable. Isn't this supposed to be hospitality????? I'm required to be more hospitable at my job....

Noise disturbances from smokers outside the room disrupted sleep and an unusual smell in the hall during dinner was noticeable. These factors slightly marred an otherwise enjoyable experience.
